I am going to be one of the summer Artists in Residence at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts in Omaha, NE from now until August.

I can't say enough about how amazing this place has been so far and Omaha is a pretty great town!

In Progress! I have been working on a video project with some friends of mine - Dana Peters, Andrew Burkitt and Rachel Debuque. It stars all of us and features objects, sets and costumes we designed. It's in the post-production phase right now - but it is coming a long! More soon.

  • 6e750605b33a48c6-Screenshot2014-02-15165903.jpg - a Berlin based art and design blog did a feature on my 'A Better Tomorrow' series.

I'm super excited - they show some pretty cool stuff. Go check it!

    Opening reception:
    First Thursday, October 3, 6-8pm

The works in WIZARD BUSINESS investigate the limited and abstract cognitive processes of the human mind, and how personal experience informs an understanding of the relationship between mysticism, spirituality and art. Using familiar language and symbols, the work is fed by conflicting ideologies that explore the boundaries between normalcy and oddity, presenting unnatural events that seem at once enticing and suspicious.

I am one of 54 Athens-based artists to participate in ATHICARDS, a fundraiser for the Athens Institute for Contemporary Art (Georgia). Each artist designed a single card to make a complete deck. The cards look great and was excited to be asked to be a part of this project. You can purchase a deck right here.
